Colors and colors,

Reflecting white light,Red, green, and blue,

Reflecting all right!

Colors in day,

But what about night?

Can colors be seen,

If there isn't white light?Purple, pink, orange,Light and dark green,

Colors give life,

And light to a scene,

Rainbows are made,

With water and light,

Arcs in the sky,

A beautiful sight!

Primary colors,Yellow, red, blue,

Can mix to make colors,

For all that you do...

Make our lives bright,

He's making a book this time

My little artist was busy this evening starting his new project. He wants to come up with a children's book which he will make himself. Last weekend we were up the mountains and we had a great time building bonfire, toasting marshmallows, and he got busy storytelling to his fellow kids. The kids loved his story and this is what encouraged him to make is own book. I cannot wait for him to finish it!

His delight was endless when I came home with a bag of new Christmas balls. That is the most favorite part of Christmas celebration for him, decorating the tree.

This is the look of  a proud designer. 

He made that star himself. Such happy colors! hehe

My Little Tattoo Artist

Happy Bug

Having fun with his tattoo pens these days. As an artist, possibilities are endless for him. He likes trying just anything and make something out of it. Anything that he can put his hands on, he can create something out of it. It brought smile to my face, after a very tiring day, when he excitedly showed his palm to me. What particularly delighted me was the word "happy" he wrote as a caption for his drawing. Happy. That's what he is. Always a happy child. And I thank God for it.

Wings

Happy Places

There was a stage in his toddler-hood when his hobby was building a "happy place". I will be posting a series of photos here of his happy place creations. I need plenty of time to rummage through my files and gather and classify the photos. Sifting through the pages of his childhood always makes me feel so blessed to be his mother. Every bit of sadness, discouragement, fear -- they disappear almost in an instance. Indeed life is beautiful and I have every reason to celebrate it.
